There are a total of 2,235 billionaires in the world currently, with a net worth of over $ 7 trillion. That means that for every three million people in the world, there is just one billionaire. Of course, this rate doesn’t stay the same from country to country. Some countries and cities have a higher population of billionaires, as can be seen in the top 25 cities with the most billionaires in the world. These countries have a much higher rate of billionaires per capita due to a combination of a small population in the country, the country being a developed country, high living standards and a stable economy.

We have used a census carried out by Wealth X, a firm specializing in gathering and analyzing data regarding ultra high net worth individuals. Their census has calculated the top 10 countries with the most billionaires per capita, which are as follows:
10. Norway
Total number of billionaires: 15
Billionaires per million people: 2.9
One of the happiest countries also has one of the highest billionaire per capita rates in the world, due to its stable economy and a plethora of opportunities.
9. Kuwait
Total number of billionaires: 12
Billionaires per million people: 3
It would be a good idea to get used to countries from the Middle East appearing on this list because of their vast oil reserves, which has led to a lot of rich people in small countries, hence increasing the billionaires per capita ratio.
8. Qatar
