Disclosure Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Insider Monkey publishes research, analysis, news, investor letters, and third-party material about public companies and financial markets. Our disclosure labels are intended to help readers understand interests or relationships that could be relevant when evaluating an article.

Article disclosures

Where an author disclosure is available, it appears in the “Disclosure” section at the end of the article. A disclosure may identify a financial position, advisory relationship, compensation arrangement, or another material connection involving the author and a company, security, product, or service discussed in the article.

When an article says “Author disclosure: None,” it means the author reported no material interest or relationship that they believed required disclosure for that article. It does not mean that investing in the securities discussed is risk-free or suitable for every reader.

If an older article says that no author disclosure was provided, readers should not interpret that absence as a statement that no relevant interest existed. Insider Monkey is working to apply a consistent disclosure process across its archive and new editorial content.

Sponsored posts, press releases, and third-party material

Sponsored posts and press releases are labeled separately on the article page. A press release is supplied by or on behalf of the organization identified in the release and is not the same as independent editorial analysis. Sponsored content may involve compensation, which is disclosed through the article’s sponsorship label and, where appropriate, its author disclosure.

Investor letters and other third-party materials may express the views and positions of their original authors or organizations. Those views do not necessarily represent the views of Insider Monkey.

Informational purposes only

Content published by Insider Monkey is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Readers should conduct their own research and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making financial decisions.
