As the company mentions, at Google, research scientists work closely with software engineers to create things at a large scale. The ideas behind these creations can come from internal projects, or collaborations with research programs at partner universities or technical institutions from anywhere in the world.
Of course, you’d need to have some experience in Natural Language Understanding, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Machine Deep Learning, Data Science, Data Mining, or AI, as well as experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, MATLAB or Python.
