6. Staffing Channels Specialist
As a staffing channels specialist you’d get to… wait for it… interview other people looking to get a job at Google. You’d know exactly what Google’s culture is all about and you know how to look and see if the candidates are right for the company, having thoughtful conversations with them.
You’ll get to introduce world-be Googlers to the company’s partners in recruiting, getting them interested and excited about the opportunities that lay ahead.
You’ll have to work with hiring managers in the Global Business Operations and Engineering Organizations to understand the structure of their teams and ongoing projects, learn to perfectly explain every facet of the company’s hiring process,
You’d be required to have a BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience, as well as experience in staffing at a recruitment agency, search firm, or even an in-house talent team. It would obviously do you good if you had an understanding of technical skills sets and the tools required to find them, so you know how to spot talent.
