9. Paul Qui
Paul Qui secured the win on Top Chef: Texas, the 9th season of the show. After the show had ended, he opened a restaurant in Austin called Qui, and won multiple awards including Esquire Magazine’s Chef of the Year in 2014. Since then, the things have gone downhill for Qui, as he was arrested in March 2016 on assault charges. He closed his restaurant but promised to open a brand new one in the same location.
