This app works a bit differently than others on our list of iPhone and Android secret messaging apps to hide text from girlfriend . While most of the apps on the list give you the ability to hide messages from certain contacts, Message Locker – SMS Lock for Android completely locks your messaging apps. This means you can lock any messaging app (Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, Instagram, Viber, etc.). To access the messages, you would have to enter a password. The tricky thing is that if your girlfriend tries to access your messages and fails, she will know you are hiding something.
