6. The MH370 disappearance conspiracy theory – “It landed in Pakistan”

The Malaysia Airlines flight 370 suddenly lost contact with the radio tower and disappeared completely from being tracked down in the radar. The plane was supposed to arrive at Beijing, China from Kuala Lumphur when it suddenly lost communication few hours after the departure. A comprehensive search took place to find a sign of debris, but none of those searches found any. Rupert Murdoch hypothesize that it was jihadist’s plan to make troubles for China. 5. Lost Cosmonauts – “Russia abandoned cosmonauts in space?”

This theory suggests that Russia did not send help or responded to their cosmonauts who encountered technical failure or problem in their vehicles/spaceship leading them to loss of maneuver. Horrifyingly, a seemly logical evidence to this was acquired, an Italian station recorded sobs of 3 men saying “Conditions are getting worse, why don’t you answer? We are going slower, the world will never know about us…” Are these recording real? We can never know (yet).

4. Shergar’s Disappearance – “The horse was kidnapped and gunned down”

In 1983, a group of men broke into the Ballymany Stud in Co Kildare in Ireland and abducted the winning racehorse Shergar and the horse was never seen since then. So what happened? There were a lot of speculations, one of the most reasonable is Shergar was kidnapped to raise money for arm but the abductors realize he was worthless and so gunned him down and buried.

3. CIA drug trafficking – “They have connections with a Nicaraguan drug syndicate”

In the mid-90’s a reporter named Gary Webb made headline after his newspaper series entitled “Dark Alliance” had taken attention of the public. Basically, he was saying that the CIA had connections with a drug syndicate in Nicaragua operating at the U.S.A. He was saying that the CIA were working with bad dudes from the South and he had an evidence. He later committed suicide when the media pressure was taken into equation. Nothing has been proven about this accusation up to this date.

2. The Ebola Outbreak is a government plot – “It was designed as a bioweapon”

The outbreak of Ebola last year was believed to have started by the U.S government, specifically, planned by the Obama administration to control population. The “disease” killed thousands of people last year in African countries. One believer of this theory, Professor Francis Boyle, a scholar for biowarfare and international law says that the virus could have been “genetically modified” and is not a normal Ebola at all. Boyle points out that U.S laboratories are existing in Africa and that they are making bioweapons and test it to the general public.

1. Pearl Harbour – “Franklin Roosevelt knew it was going to be attacked”

In history classes, the Japanese’s attack of Pearl Harbour has clearly been discussed. With bombing squads and ammunitions, the Japanese defeated the Americans on that faithful day. It has been believed that Roosevelt had knowledge that the Japanese are going to attack but allowed it to happen so as to trigger America’s entry to the WWII(World War 2). If this is true, then it changed the history forever. Russia, by that time, was advancing in all its fights and winning. Americans was forced to think of the Atomic bomb and other strategies to revenge at the Japanese’s attack at Pearl Harbour. If that did not happen, the world we live in today might be different…and I wouldn’t be typing this list of 6 most likely conspiracy theories from a laptop … that’s scary.
