4. Kicking the Spectrum
Halfway through our list of father son martial arts classes in NYC is Kicking the Spectrum, which is run by David Rosenberg and Stephanie Rosenberg. Martial arts helped David overcome Attention Deficit Disorder while Stephanie is an expert in early childhood special education. Aside from group classes they particularly have parent or child and sibling classes which allow the parents or siblings to bond while learning martial arts and integrated classes in which the curriculum will be based on the child’s special needs.
