After the death of drug lord, Pablo Escobar, in Medellin, Colombia, criminal cartels changed but the drug problem remained a major issue in Colombia. The freshly published article suggests that (another) cocaine boom is currently happening in Colombia and constant violence on Colombian streets is happening mostly because of drug-related issues.
