We are continuing our list of countries with the biggest drug problems in the world with Australia which has one of the biggest drug problems in the world, ranging from cocaine use to amphetamines and opiates. Some of the most common addictions is the addiction to highly addictive substances, Oxycodone and Fentanyl. Australia has the highest use of methamphetamine in the English-speaking world with 7% of the population who used methamphetamine (around 1.3 million), compared to 0.4 % in the USA.
