According to World Atlas, Iceland, the next one on the list of countries with the biggest drug problems in the world, is at the top of the list of countries with highest overdose rates. The problem of drug use is especially common among youth and Iceland is apparently successful at tackling this issue. Among Nordic countries, Iceland is at the top of the list when it comes to the use of sedatives, sleeping pills, stimulants and anti-anxiety drugs.
