6. Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
April is a good month to visit Punta Cana, which ranks 6th on our list of best places to travel in April in Europe, Asia and tropical destinations, and relax at its wonderful white sandy beaches as the prices can get slightly lower after the winter months. The temperatures reach 86°F, the perfect weather for a beach holiday. There are so many resorts you can choose from and it’s not that pricey at all. The lowest price per night we found in Punta Cana is $68.
