But let’s get back to restaurants. Beside the traditional Serbian cuisine, Belgrade people also love Italian cuisine, and you can find a few restaurants with an excellent offer of Italian specialties. Sea fish is quite popular in Belgrade as well, and there are many restaurants that offer some fresh sea fish specialties that might be even better than the ones found in restaurants on the Mediterranean coast. In order to justify the cosmopolitan spirit of the city, most of the world cuisines have their representatives in Belgrade. Here you can find Japanese, Chinese, French, Lebanese, Mexican, Greek, Thai, Spanish, Indian, Korean, and Russian restaurants, but they are not that popular, so it basically boils down to 1 or 2 restaurants per cuisine. People from Belgrade love to eat in the company of friends and under the open sky.

In order to create a valid list of best restaurants, we had to consider several factors. On this list, the most important factors, in our opinion, are: the variety on the menu, the service, and the guest impressions. The variety on the menu is actually the most important factor, but, many restaurants have plenty of dishes on their menu, and that doesn’t necessarily mean that they are the best. So factoring in guest impression also played an important role in classifying the restaurants, because we all know that if you want to go to a certain place to eat, and you are not sure if they offer good food and service, the best way is to ask people who have already been there. Basically, we have made a list with the restaurants that have the widest offer on their menu, and the greatest guest impressions. It also helped that I live in Belgrade and I have been to all of these restaurants. For the more information and free reservations, check out http://belgradeatnight.com/restaurants/.
