As you can see, there is a big gap between the top five and the rest of our list of Top 25 Best Soccer Countries of All Time. Italy has a rich soccer history; including being one of the two countries who managed to defend their World Cup titles. Italy managed to do so in 1934 and 1938 while adding wins in 1986 and 2006.
