Helping kids to learn how to study by its own means is a goal that can’t be called anything else than satisfactory, and that’s why coaching can become one of the most rewarding jobs for a teacher to do. Monitoring the evolution of the autonomy of students it’s really interesting, and while it helps kids to be more confident, it also helps teachers to improve their teaching methods.
