Diphenhydramine is one of the drugs that contain Phencyclidine (PCP) and may cause false positive on a drug test. Kinda scary that the antihistamines we use on bug bites and poison or to alleviate allergies and cold symptoms are one of the more common drugs that may cause a false positive for phencyclidine on a drug test.
