If you are a beginner and you are willing to pay a price of $296 for eight sessions for swimming, feel free to sign up for the Adult Swim class and eliminate your fear of water. Many people are living with the fear of water, and they cannot see what is so relaxing about swimming, but if you finally found the courage to explore this activity, Randolph Smith and Janira Calderon will be there to help you. Ladies must wear a one-piece swimsuit while a swim cap is mandatory for everyone. Goggles, on the other hand, are strongly recommended by the instructors.
