12. Anger Issues Awareness

It seems like December is dedicated to many different campaigns, and there is a sole campaign to represent the whole month. We chose to talk about anger awareness week, since that seems to be a growing problem present among adults and even more so at teens. The UK’s leading center of excellence and expertise for anger, stress and conflict management (founded in 1997) believes that “Participating in National Anger Awareness week will encourage people to think about how anger impacts their lives and of creative ways to deal with this powerful emotion. Contrary to popular belief, if channelled correctly anger can in fact be a creative rather than a destructive force.” People seem to stress too much when Christmas is approaching so we thought maybe we should all work on or anger issues and we hope these 12 campaign ideas to raise awareness will inspire you to strive to be a better person.
