In the 1870s, the US was a country ravaged by a civil war that left it divided. These men – Cornelius Vanderbilt, John D. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, J. P. Morgan and Henry Ford – play essential roles in bringing it to the world stage and creating the most powerful nation the planet has ever seen. The show is divided into four 90 minute episodes.
