Located in Lower Manhattan, the Millenium Hilton hotel was built in 1990 and completed in 1992. Peter Kalikow developed this hotel at a cost of $200 million, but four years after he opened the hotel, he went into bankruptcy and he sold it for $75 million to CDL Hotel.
