China is believed to have five times more bloggers than America. China has a strict censorship and control over the country’s forms of media like the internet and TV. Because of this, the Chinese find a need to make articles and blogs regarding the corruption and problems of the country.

8. Military

China has proven to have a strong military that they are exercising their power over contested territories. Many countries are forming military alliances to hopefully stem the threat that China possesses. The Chinese army has 150% more soldiers than America, and the rumour is – they have developed technology that many countries are not prepared for.

7. Execution

China executes more people annually than the rest of the world combined. Public documents, records and reports number the amount of executions to over 1,000 a year. Many, however, believe that due to the Chinese secretive nature, the number may well be 3-5x more than that. The Chinese have mobile execution chambers that use lethal injection.

6. Protests

China has more than 200 protests per day. This large number comes from the mostly overworked and underpaid population of China. A lot of these protests are blacked out and censored by their media which is why we don’t hear much about it. It seems that there are a lot of angry farmers in the country.

Pollution has become a very large issue in China, due to a lot of their industries cutting costs and using more financially efficient methods. The environment is greatly damaged. China is the only country where you can buy fresh air, due to the nature of air pollution in some of their cities. Around 80% of all natural water sources in China are polluted. A large part of their population is drinking polluted water.

3. Counterfeit

Since China is one of the largest production centers in the world, it would also be logical to believe that there are illegal production centers. China has been known to have a lot of counterfeiters, and the amounts of products they can make fake, are amazing. From toys, to cars, money, collectible cards, etc. If it has a value you can bet, it has a counterfeit.

In a span of ten years, China is expected to have cities even larger than New York. The pace of their advancement, construction, and population growth is astounding that there are about ten estimated New York sized cities that will be built by 2025.
