We are starting off our list of most annoying Pokémon characters to catch with Abra, that is the little yellow guy with hypnotic powers that we come across on rare occasions. On the first throw, provided your aim is right, you’re likely to capture it. However, its irksome nature arises from the fact that it has a flee rate of 99%, the highest of any Pokémon in the game, which means that if you fail on the first try, Abra will immediately make a run for it, meaning you lose your chance till you next see it.
