3. Warrior Fitness Boot Camp
I mean, just take a look at the name of this fitness and weight loss boot camp, it says it all. This boot camp is basically run following the strict standards followed by the U.S. military, hence the name. Of course, the environment is always kept extremely positive, as this institution will not be training actual soldiers so to speak. But the high-spirited attitude and vigorous approach to the problem do help quite a lot. This boot camp is only recommended if you are ready to do some serious workouts and are ready to go way beyond your comfort zone.
