Question: “Donald J. Trump. What do you think of him?”
(laughs) “I think that he’s a bright reminder of how our country needs to come together. If you don’t agree with his message, then it’s time to decide where you stand in this debate. As Americans, we need to make sure that we come together, represent what it means to be American — which is celebrating all people from all backgrounds whether you’re an immigrant, or a Native American, or an African American, or an Asian American.”
Jeez, put some Vaseline on that question, won’t you?
Even though she swam through that puddle of mud as gracefully as possible, she did not answer the question that ranks 7th on our list of hardest beauty pageant questions and answers. We can’t really blame her, though, can we? Like, “What do you think of the former owner of this Pageant and current owner of the world? GO”. The answer is appropriate: deflect, deflect, deflect.
