Answer: “I think pageant like the Miss Universe pageant give us young women a platform to foray in the fields that we want to and forge ahead, be it entrepreneurship, be it the armed force, be it politics. It gives us a platform to voice our choices and opinions, and makes us strong, independent that we are today. “
Let’s give to her: pretty good answer for such a shitty question. She almost had me convinced. Of course you can’t go all “This is BS, I just want money and some fame that will fade away in no longer than a year”, but it’s no surprise she nailed it, since Dutta holds the highest interview round score (and any round) in the history of Miss Universe contest. No wonder, it’s on our list of hardest beauty pageant questions and answers, right?
