8. Kick and Step

You need a bit of more coordination to get this move right, but it’s not too difficult and you should get the hang of it pretty quick.

The Kick and Step, just as the name suggests, is made out of two parts. You’re going to want to kick your left leg forth, while doing a little jump so you can slide your right leg back. Then, you’ll step on your left foot and jump on your right foot back, left foot again and then you’ll just slide your left foot back while kicking your right leg forward, effectively switching things up.

Make sure you bend your knees while doing this step and, as you get better at it, you’ll be able to speed it up and match the music rhythm.
