If you enjoy taking pictures, why not make it your new job? You can start by showing your captured shots to friends and families, and then take it to exhibits or even in Etsy where you can have them sold. There are also stock photo sites that pay per download. Better yet, have yourself hired for events like weddings and parties. You will not only have fun doing it, but also might also make some good money.
