Morgan Asset Management is one of the largest asset and wealth managers in the world. In 2014, it acquired a majority stake in Highbridge Capital Management, a fund that was co-founded by Glenn Russell Dubin and Henry Swieca in 1992. In 2009, Swieca left Highbridge, while Dubin continued as the Chairman and CEO of the firm.
