Ridgeback Capital, Arrowhead Research: A couple of minutes ago, Wayne Holman‘s Ridgeback Capital Management disclosed ownership of over 1.8 million shares of Arrowhead Research Corp (NASDAQ:ARWR), which represent 5% of the company. Through this move, Holman follows Steven Cohen and SAC Capital, which reported buying a 5.2% passive stake in Arrowhead yesterday.
