Spyro’s adventures were sold at an inflated price, in part due to the company’s closing, but also due to the dragon’s popularity amongst children and adult gamers.

This tactical game’s limited edition set is quite the gift package for anime fans and teenage boys alike. Focusing on the female heroines, the package features several goodies in addition to the actual game, such as a pillowcase of character Ellis, the soundtrack, and a 3D mouse pad. This is a particularly interesting aspect of the set, as its padding takes on the shape of Vira-Lorr’s breasts for gamers to rest their wrists on.

This limited edition of Bayonetta certainly gives you a value for money trade, considering all the extras included in the game package. For one, it features a replica of one of the witches’ Scarborough Fair pistols, as well as an art book and the game’s soundtrack. The fact that this limited edition only featured the fake pistol in Australia and New Zealand’s version of the package, makes this an extremely rare collector’s item.

Featuring a Höfner bass, modelled after Sir Paul McCartney’s own instrument, a microphone, and drums (the kick drum with the Beatles logo on it is the only fake part), this set is really all a gaming Beatles fan can ask for.

There are currently several versions of BioShock’s Limited Edition package circulating the market, but this one is by far the most expensive. Released in 2007, this package contains a making-of DVD and a three-track EP, but the real treat is what fans and collectors crave the most: a hand-finished Big Daddy figurine in all its glory.

Apart from a making-of DVD, the game disc, an art booklet, a lunchbox, and a bobble-head of Vault Boy – Fallout’s key mascot – the set also comes with a fans true desire: a life-size Pip-Boy 3000. This arm-mounted computer can define your survival throughout the game and is a real treat to collectors, although it obviously doesn’t function as effectively in real life.
