Sushi by Simon is located on 38th Street, but they also conduct private sushi classes for which the instructors personally come to your desired venue.  They also have public classes which are held at their own studio. You can organize a small group, mid-size group, or large group for private classes.  The instructor will bring the tools and ingredients needed.  After the class you will get a bamboo rolling mat, informational sheets on how to prepare sushi, and a gift bag which includes a package of nori, a container of pickled ginger, a container of wasabi, and a bottle of seasoned rice vinegar.
