A great rendition included holding two coins, one in an invisible thumb grip, then claiming to find the soft spot in that same hand, but instead of pushing the first coin through, holding onto it with one hand while dropping the coin held in the other. Everyone will think you’ve magically found a hole in your hand and pushed a coin through it.
