Another great pasta making class you can attend is Homemade Pasta. Here, the average class consists of approximately 10 students and they are all learning different tips and tricks how to make fresh pasta. If you make the pasta by yourself and not just buy it in the market, it will give you the feeling of a professional Italian chef who has been doing this for years. At the end of the class, you will know how to knead, roll and cut the pasta into small Fettuccine and fill raviolis with spinach, ricotta and butternut squash.
