6. Upright Citizens Brigade
If you think everything is just so expensive in New York City, you are wrong. You can visit the Upright Citizens Brigade and attend a stand-up or sketch comedy show for $5 to $10. Some of the best comedians started here, and they are always open for a surprise visit. If you want to attend one of the shows, make sure to reserve a ticket online first and get there about 45 minutes earlier. Bring a positive attitude and enjoy the cheap drinks.
