Cost of living index: 69.25
As a parameter for cost of living index for the Caribbean we have taken into account the average cost for mid-2017 (which was Jamaica in this case), and not including the Bahamas because of its index overheads 100. Dominica is probably the best place to study medicine in the Caribbean in English, where Ross University is placed.
