14. Plaza Las Americas

With an area of approximately 2,173,000 square feet, Plaza Las Americas is the largest mall in the Caribbean and the second largest mall in Latin America. It is located in Hato Rey, San Juan, Puerto Rico, at the intersection of Routes 18 and 22. With over 300 stores, including Macy’s, Sears, JCPenney, Old Navy, Caribbean Cinemas, Kmart and Forever 21, the Mall is noted to be the first indoor mall built in Puerto Rico. It was opened in 1968 and is owned by Plaza Las Américas, Inc; Empresas Fonalledas, Inc.
