11 Most Loyal Dogs in The World

If you have a dog, you already know that dogs are not only pets, they are part of your family. And if you have one of 11 most loyal dogs in the world, you know that they are rewarding and social pets.

You could recently read all about 11 most expensive dog breeds to maintain in the world and some of the dog breeds from the list are also among the most loyal dogs in the world. Why are they loyal? Well, it’s not just because of the food we give them. I have already mentioned that they are social, they bond with us more than any other animal on the planet. When you provide not only food and place to stay for them, but also selfless love and respect, you will see that your pet isn’t just an animal, but your best friend and member of your family. So, it’s true that “Dogs are man’s best friend” isn’t just a saying!

Lassie is certainly the most famous loyal dog in the world. The story about Joe and his dog Lassie is based upon “Lassie Come Home” novel by Eric Knight. I don’t know about you, but I still remember this movie even though I seen it when I was a kid because the loyalty of rough collie melted my heart.

There are a lot of bizarre trends related to pets, but one of them became popular in Japan recently. People started to faint deliberately in front of their dogs because they wanted to see how are they going to react  and post the video on Twitter or Facebook. A large number of dogs just looked at their owners as if nothing had happened or started licking and jumping on them. It seems that their owners have probably forgotten that it’s not so easy to trick them, because they can easily snuff a fraud!

Well, I assure you that these 11 most loyal dogs in the world don’t need fake-fainting to prove their loyalty. Now, since loyalty isn’t exactly a measurable category, in order to make our list of 11 most loyal dog breed we used data from three popular websites: Iheartdogs, entirelypets, and welovepuppies. We combined these three lists to make our own unique list of 11 most loyal dogs in the world. We gave 11 points to the dogs that were on the first place of every list, 10 to the second place and so on. We added up the numbers and let’s see together what we came up to:
