Warren Lichtenstein has been the Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Steel Partners since 2007. Prior to his involvement with Steel Partners, Warren Lichtenstein worked from 1988 to 1990 as an acquisitions and arbitrage analyst with Ballantrae Partners, L.P., which invested in risk arbitrage, special situations, and undervalued companies. Before that, Warren Lichtenstein spent almost a year as an analyst at Para Partners, L.P., a partnership that invested in arbitrage and related situations. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
