In the Q2 2021 investor letter of Diamond Hill Capital, the fund mentioned Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBCP) and discussed its stance on the firm. Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. is a Thornton, Colorado-based concrete pumping services and concrete waste management solutions provider with a $473.6 million market capitalization. BBCP delivered a 118.54% return since the beginning of the year, while its 12-month returns are up by 138.46%. The stock closed at $8.37 per share on September 10, 2021.

Concrete Pumping Holdings is the largest concrete pumping service provider in the U.S. and U.K. with commanding market share. Operating through a variety of subsidiaries, it offers a strong margin profile with excellent cash on cash returns and a long runway for quality capital deployment.”
