(NYSE:CHPT) is said to operate the biggest network of independently owned EV charging stations in the world, maintaining operations in 14 countries. In 2021, ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CHPT) recorded revenues of close to $250 million and has close to 1,500 employees. However, it still recorded net income of -$132 million.

In June 2017, the company took over from General Electric 9,800 electric vehicle charging spots while already managing close to 35,000 charging stations in various countries including Canada, Australia, Mexico and the United States. In March 2022, the company has close to 174,000 charge-points.
