In 1998, Richard was joined by his son, Bryan who today serves as the company’s President & CEO. In 2004, Lara Leibman joined the company as Executive Vice President. The company has $2,25 billion in sales and 1180 employees. Frosch owns Frosch Rewards & Incentives, Frosch Global Conferences & Events and Frosch Student Travel.
