The following traders, brokers, and dealmakers are under the age of 30, but their track record so far is nothing short of impressive.

Age: 29
Tracy Britt Cool is one busy woman. At only 29, she is a rising star in the Warren Buffet‘s Berkshire Hathaway. In addition, she serves as chairman for Johns Manville, Larson-Juhl, Benjamin Moore, and Oriental Trading. And that’s not even all: she’s also a board member at H.J. Heinz Company (NYSE:HNZ).

Age: 28
Betanabhatla started out as an investment banker for JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) oil and gas. After moving on to Pine Brook Partners, where he acted as vice president, Betanabhatla finally settled on the private equity Talara Capital. His efforts to move Talara into the forefront of the energy industry are currently backed up by nearly $500 million.

Barnett founded his hedge fund, SBB Research Group, while still an undergraduate at CalTech. Nowadays, his fund has grown into a corporation worth over $115 million. While the SBB Research Group has only 15 employees, returns have been constantly solid from its very inception.

Miss Lucy Baldwin has come a long way, considering she is just 29 years old. She currently acts as managing director for Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE:GS), in charge of the European research and management department. Before this, she was head of the European consumer and retail research, also for Goldman.

Age: 28
Bachiashvili is the brightest young star in the Georgian financial industry. He currently runs the Georgian Co-Investment Fund, a private equity fund worth a reported $6 billion, which is nearly half of Georgia’s GDP. The equity fund is backed up by Georgia’s prime minister, who is also a billionaire in his own right.

Luis Alvarado is an investment research analyst for Wells Fargo Private Bank. Alvarado, who is the youngest member on Fargo’s investment team, is responsible with making capital market assumptions and building recommendations for any client account that goes through the bank. Together with the investment team, Alvarado is in charge with allocating managed assets worth over $170 billion.

His offspring, Clinke plans on completely revolutionizing the world of financial transactions; that is with a digital wallet directly from your smartphone. Clinke has already raised $30 million in funding, from big names such as Peter Thiel and Richard Branson.
