Total earnings (2013): $30 million
Our fifth-highest paid celebrity couple are a pair of longtime friends turned couple are some of the highest earning celebrities. Admittedly, Kardashian is famous for being famous and nothing else, but she still brings in $10 million a year.
Kanye is in charge with the remaining $20 million. Even though his newest album, Yeezus, wasn’t well received by critics, the duo still managed to become one of the highest earning couples in showbiz. With a $30 million yearly income, the two are on the right track. We’re assuming that is more than enough to support their new baby.
No. 4: Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis
Total earnings (2013): $35 million
The hottest new couple in Hollywood is also amongst the highest earning in 2013. Our fourth-highest paid celebrity couple, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, who met while shooting for That ’70s Show, have both grown into Hollywood superstars. Kutcher is currently the highest paid actor on television, thanks to his role in Two and a Half Men, while Kunis is making waves on the big screen with movies such as Oz the Great and Powerful.
No. 3: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
Total earnings (2013): $50 million
Though a far cry from our top two couples, Brangelina cashed in a whopping $50 million this year. Both super stars made headlines and a whole lot of money with their two most recent movies: World War Z (Pitt) and Maleficent (Jolie).
No. 2: Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen
Total earnings (2013): $80 million
The top-earning model in the world was bound to have a hubby that matched her income. Tom Brady’s new contract with the New England Patriots brought the happy couple an extra $30 million to complement Gisele’s $42 million 2013 pay. They made an extra $8 million in “change”, bringing our second-highest paid celebrity couple to a total of $80 million in 2013.
No. 1: Jay Z and Beyoncé
Total earnings (2013): $95 million
Even though they are both successful individuals in their own right, it seems like it doesn’t really matter who brings home the bread in the Jay Z – Beyoncé Knowles household. In 2013, Beyoncé out-earned her hubby by $11 million, largely thanks to the Mrs. Carter world tour.
While he dropped his stake with the Brooklyn Nets to branch out into sports agency, Mr. Carter still has a share in the team’s stadium.
