Try to stick to stricter meal hours, focus on healthy food products, and try not to eat very late at night; by doing so, you should see an increase in your energy levels and, in turn, in your productivity.

No. 6: Multi-tasking


You might be inclined to believe that, through multi-tasking, you achieve more in less time. However, by concentrating on more than one thing at a time, your mind will have issues switching back and forth, thus reducing your focus and level of productivity. If you truly want to be more productive, stick to one task a time and give it your full attention.

But in order to become truly productive, you have to learn how to prioritize and deal with issues and tasks that are truly important. While you might argue that you work better under pressure, the truth of the matter is that you can seldom be efficient when you’re working to beat the deadline. Sometimes, the reason why some people fail to achieve is simply because they don’t believe in themselves.
