If you’re looking for a job that doesn’t require years of experience with a decent salary, then take a look at our list of 10 on the job training jobs that pay well.

Nowadays everything takes experience. We can go to expensive schools and universities, we spend years studying and trying to secure our future and end up in huge financial debts. And then when we finally graduate and walk out of school with fresh knowledge ready to put it to a good use, we get rejected because we don’t have enough experience. There is probably nothing more depressing for a young individual who is trying to start a life of their own than to be rejected because he or she is too young to have experience. I have mentioned this issue more than once and it is something that always pops out when discussing the job market of today. No one wants to hire us because we are inexperienced, but we can’t get experience because no one wants to hire us. It may sound funny but it is certainly not, though one may laugh ironically. It never seizes to amaze me how employers are willing to neglect the fact that we may be talented or intelligent or quick learners, simply because we haven’t had the opportunity to fill our CVs with previous jobs. They expect candidates who are already familiar with all the procedures and that can only jump in and pick up from there. As time is precious, the majority of employers are not willing to waste it on candidates who still need to learn.

Seems like there is no other solution but to accept the fact that employment history is a relevant factor (or the most relevant one) and to start seeking for internship and volunteering opportunities anywhere we can. This is one of the options young people with a degree have today, especially in less developed countries, to spend a year or more working for free in order to be considered for a job after that. But what about those who don’t continue their education after high school? It is equally tough for them, too. The job market is simply tough for everyone these days regardless of whether you have a high school or university degree.  Of course, there is always one pretty safe choice and that is going to a trade school.  By choosing to attend a trade school, you secure yourself a skill that will bring you money as soon as you finish. You can hardly stay unemployed with a trade school and you can even have a pretty satisfying salary. To learn about it read our list of 10 highest paying trade school jobs in America.

However, this might not be the only option for people who are looking for a job. No matter how demanding and crazy the job market is today, there are still a few occupations that don’t require a fabulous employment history. It may be hard to believe but there are employers that don’t care too much if you’re experienced and educated or not because they know that the best way to learn how to do a job is to start doing it. They will provide on-the-job training and teach you the basics while the rest is up to. They do not require years of schooling and previous experience and they even pay pretty well considering all that. All you need is a high school diploma and a will to work and learn. If you’re ambitious and dedicated then who knows what you can achieve in the future. You may become a successful employee that the future entry-level workers will look up to and seek advice from.

But where can you possibly find those jobs? You never hear about opportunities like these and you rarely meet someone with a similar experience who may tell you about it. Well, you don’t have t worry anymore. You can sit back and relax because we found them for you with the little help from Career Builder and Aol so all you need to do is check out our list of 10 on the job training jobs that pay well and think about what is it that you would want to do.
