Adjusted EBITDA came in at $52.6 million, with a margin of around 27%, and the company reported organic growth of more than 20% in both Genius and Legend Media on a standalone basis. It also raised full-year guidance to to $1.005 billion to $1.025 billion in revenue, with adjusted EBITDA ranging from $285 million to $295 million. A data and streaming deal with Polymarket in August sent shares up more than 14% in one day, with a prediction-market agreement with Kalshi later.

The stock is still recovering from the Legend announcement, which drove shares down to $3.92 from over $11 at the start of the year. The acquisition resulted in a GAAP net loss of $76.7 million during the quarter. The average analyst target of approximately $10 depends on integration going smoothly. 7. Innodata Inc. (NASDAQ:INOD)

Share Price as of October 23: $59.39

Analyst Upside: 91.39%

Target Price: $113.67

Number of Hedge Fund Holders: 25

Innodata Inc. provides the training data, model evaluation, and engineering services that AI developers use to build and evaluate their systems. The company’s second-quarter revenue increased 58% to $92.1 million, marking its 12th consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth. Adjusted EBITDA increased 92% to $25.4 million, and adjusted gross margin reached 49%. Management also reaffirmed its 2026 revenue growth of 40% or more, while noting that large potential programs are not yet included.

Valuation is more demanding than headline growth indicates. Innodata is trading at 36.71x forward earnings and 45.03x trailing earnings, indicating investor optimism that AI-related demand will stay strong. That said, the premium multiple also means that the stock has less leeway for execution mistakes, especially if customer spending slows or major projects are delayed.

Concentration is the primary risk. The largest customer dropped to 37% of revenue from 56% in the first quarter, while a Big Tech customer increased to 34%, leaving two clients accounting for around 71% of sales. Revenue increased only 2% from the previous quarter. On October 22, shares closed under $60, significantly below June levels of $100 to $113, with an average analyst forecast of around $123. On the hedge fund side, Prosper Star & Stripes closed out its short position in the stock in the second quarter. You can see the detail’s in the fund’s latest investor letter.

6. Sharplink Inc. (NASDAQ:SBET)

Share Price as of October 23: $7.63

Analyst Upside: 99.21%

Target Price: $15.20

Number of Hedge Fund Holders: 21

Sharplink Inc. is one of the largest corporate holders of Ether, with 893,956 ETH as of October 19, and it uses that treasury for staking and onchain yield strategies. Revenue from staking increased to $11.5 million in the second quarter from $0.7 million the previous year, with first-half staking revenue reaching $22.7 million. On October 19, the company announced that it had activated $400 million of its ETH onchain via Ether.fi and Lido. Management’s stated goal is to increase ETH per share. Earlier in June, it raised $75 million at a premium to net asset value and repurchased 2.1 million shares at an average of around $4.70.

The accounting shows how closely linked the stock is to Ether’s price. Sharplink’s net loss in the quarter was $394.3 million, driven by a $321 million unrealized crypto loss and a $76.1 million impairment, while hedge fund ownership fell from 25 to 21. While the revenue growth exists, the shares will track Ether more than the income statement. You can read about whether staking can help to offset volatility.

5. National Energy Services Reunited Corp. (NASDAQ:NESR)

Share Price as of October 23: $20.46

Analyst Upside: 100.93%

Target Price: $41.11

Number of Hedge Fund Holders: 36

National Energy Services Reunited Corp. offers drilling, assessment, and production services to national oil companies in the Middle East and North Africa. Second-quarter revenue increased 59% to $520.8 million, adjusted EBITDA increased 51% to $106.2 million, and net income nearly tripled to $44.0 million. The Jafurah unconventional gas deal is a key driver for the company, with NESR also recently securing $300 million in five-year contracts in Kuwait. Management now considers $2 billion in revenue in 2026 to be the bare minimum, and targets a three-year revenue run rate of $3 billion.

NESR trades at 7.79x forward earnings, which is significantly lower than its trailing P/E ratio of 22.47x. That disparity reflects expectations for rapid earnings growth as the Jafurah contract ramps up, new Kuwait awards contribute, and the company approaches its $3 billion revenue run rate target.

That said, all of the company’s business sits in one region, and Iraq activity was down in the quarter due to regional interruptions. Receivables and unbilled revenue increased significantly, which should be monitored, and growth is dependent on a few large national oil company tenders. Nonetheless, the NESR’s second quarter results were undeniable, and the company made an appearance on our list of the 26 Stocks Beating Wall Street Expectations.
