Dan Loeb’s Third Point has built a sizeable stake in consumer giant Colgate-Palmolive, according to CNBC’s David Faber.

Based in New York, Napier Park Global Capital was spun out of Citi Capital Advisors in 2013 and is now overseeing approximately $6.2 billion worth of assets.
