We then used Yahoo Finance to find each company’s market capitalization. For foreign companies and their market caps, we converted them to US dollars according to their respective exchange rates on November 7, 2023. Finally, we narrowed down our selection to rank the top 20 most valuable restaurant companies in the world based on their market capitalization, which are listed below in ascending order.
