The world today has been getting more diverse, with people starting to accept differences in races and culture. We see more and more people from different countries interact with one another, being connected via the internet, and having the ability to travel and live anywhere. Whether people notice it or not, we have been slowly entering the world where ethnic diversity is becoming the norm. Even a bigger go to destination than Melbourne, Sydney takes the 7th spot with a diversity rate of 31%.

4. Miami

Even more diverse than Los Angeles, Florida’s Miami has a one up on the rest of the United States with 36% diversity.


3. Hong Kong

Hong Kong takes the mantle of the most diverse among its nearby neighbors with 38% in diversity. Many would now assume that the large percentage is mainly due to an influx of cheap laborers from China and India.


2. Toronto

One of the largest cities in Canada and also the hub for immigration and overseas opportunity, Toronto takes the second spot with almost half of its population from different ethnicities at 45% diversity.


1. Dubai

A city built from the ground up, Dubai has its entire population dominated by diversity with an 83% rate. Much like Hong Kong, Dubai also has a lot of workers and laborers from different countries which contributes a lot to the diversity.
