The 11 Countries with the Highest Rates of Stomach Cancer

We look at one type of incurable cancer in this list of the 11 countries with the highest rates of stomach cancer. Stomach cancer is one of the more common cancers that can occur. It’s relatively difficult to track in the early stages as it does not show any early symptoms like other cancers. This makes it a lot more deadly. Due to how common it is today there might be some factors in these countries where stomach cancer occurs more often. Like any other cancer, stomach cancer can prove to be fatal if left untreated.

Since stomach cancer is one that’s commonly occurring, you can bet that it has a high influence on the list of 11 Countries with the Highest Cancer Rates in the World. What’s difficult with cancer is that there is no known cure yet. Though as people we expect to discover a cure in the future much like how we’ve found a cure for leprosy or malaria. Most of the methods used to treat cancer today are partial treatments. These can help stop and hopefully kill cancer. A lot of these treatments have negative effects on the body.

There have been a lot of trends appearing online and in books today of how certain, food, drinks, herbs and alternative medicine can help cure cancer. The problem is most of them have never been backed by any scientific study. As we continue to wait for a cure, let’s check out the 11 countries included in this list:

11. Turkmenistan

Stomach cancer deaths amount to about 2% of total cancer deaths in Turkmenistan. Though not a significant number it would be best to prevent the sickness from happening in the first place. Interestingly a lot of the nearby countries experience a high rate of stomach cancer as well. Could it be the environment, the food, or the lifestyle?
